Christmas Return Policy: We offer a 60-day return policy for all orders placed between November 1st and December 15th, 2024. This means you have extra time to return any items purchased during this period, ensuring a stress-free shopping experience for your holiday gifts.

All Nordic Socks orders are covered with our 30-day guarantee. The items will be accepted back with full refund if they meet all of our returns terms and conditions and a request has been submitted within 30 days of receipt of the package.

You can do the revocation simply by sending us an email to care@thenordicsocks.com. We would appriciate knowing the reason for the return. We cannot send you a return label. Unfortunately, you have to pay the costs for the return.

In order to apply for a return, the returned product must:
– Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
– Returned in the original packaging to protect the socks.

Socks can be machine washed of no more than 86°F, and they should never be put in the dryer or ironed.

The shipping time is 2-7 business days with standard shipping and 1-2 days with express shipping.

Yes, the Merino wool used in making Nordic socks has always been and will always be mulesing-free. The reason for this choice is that mulesing is a practice that is very painful to sheep. Animal welfare is an aspect that we take seriously, and that is why our standard is to require our suppliers to only source mulesing-free wool.
